Sir/Madame,
if any firm has separate vat registration in two different states under the same name.
then under gst does he have to get registered under gst for both the states or just one.
please help , moreover what shall be the effect of stock transfer of goods from one state to another under gst compared to present tax structure ???
please suggest
ONE PAN ONE GST IS BASIC RULE
two diff. registration are allow under GST so you can transfer your goods from one state to another state
Two VAT registrations in seperate states each will get seperate Provisional ID and passward on the basis of VAT .so that even though PAN IS SAME seperate registration in each state is mandatory and also attract IGST
