sir, I am mutual fund advisor the fund co demand GST no my commission below 20 lac if i take GST reg. can I liability GST paid

Yes, once registration is take then you are liable to pay gst even if ur turnover is below 20 lacs.....

Sir the company must be outside your state thats the reason they are asking you for your registration since it would be inter state supply
you will have to register yourself compulsorily
further , the company has to pay the Gst On your commission you just have to pay the same to the government .... no harm take the registration ... just return compliance

if you are deal outside state also then its treat as inter state supply , in that case turnover limit does'nt matter and you have to required the GST Registration from the starting.
