GST Refund without payment of IGST

Sir,
I have applied for GST REFUND ( Under LUT Bond without payment of IGST ).The officer is asking whether any drawback is received against export during the month, and in Shipping Bill, drawback amount is mentioned.

we have received drawbacks from ICEGATE

whether any restriction is their on gst fund when we receive drawback from ICEGATE.

Please suggest me
