Gst refund - statement 01a json file upload error

Go to only gst official site and the format which i have download from gst site while filling RFD-01A 

I have tried to upload file but due to some restrictions it is not uploading so please share your email.

Is this export? Export details need to Fill separately in GSTR1. (Not in b2c)

n GST Refund of an Inverted Tax rate, it is compulsory to upload Json file of Statement -1A but while uploading .json file generated from Excel utility given by the department, a query is shown "Error : The uploaded JSON file which was created via offline utility has invalid data  format.." Please help me to solve this error.   

 

i got the solution and the solution is don't use new utility which is available on portal use old utility in which two new coloums are missing for your reference i have try to upload the file but i am unable to upload file it shows error like "1334133_20190808171813_gst_refund_s01a.xlsb was not uploaded - file of this type are restricted" if yo have old utility then ok otherwise suggest me how to share file.

Old utility is attached herewith
