We are purchasing material in India with GST TAX (Example: Appl Mac Book). we are distributors......
Same material we are selling to STPI units .....in India only.
whether we are eligible for GST Refund under - on account of refund by supplier of deemed export......???
please help me.....iam full confusing.

You are buying from importer and selling the same domestically within India. This is just local Intra/Inter sales. Where is exports/deemed exports? You can claim ITC on your purchase.
