GST refund in case of nil rated MEIS license sale
in case of MEIS license sale in nil rated, , plz advise while calculating refund application this will be taken in total adjustable turnover if yes this will be reduced our Gst refund

As per rule 89 , it excludes the Exempted supply & MEIS licence sale is fall under HSN : 4907 (Expempted)
hence shall be excluded in computing Adjusted total turnover
