while uploading statement 03 error is occurring from last one month

error while uploading statement 03... it doesn't show what is issue but at the time of uploading statement 03 it show error
TRY TO SUBMIT IT ONLINE
This error is there for almost every one. We had sent various mails to help desk. They also say that the error is faced by many tax payers. We are in the process of rectcifying the same.
"Try to download fresh statement 3 and upload through defferent system or different browser" is the regular answer you receive from help desk.
Only one client could upload this statement 3 so far that to with only one invoice details.

Statement-3 should be uploaded online only now (json file). While uploading in online people are getting the error.
