It's been a month since I have received Acknowledgement for my GST refund application, and the process hasn't moved further.

Earlier I used to get the refund within 7 days of getting the acknowledgement, but this time it has been a month.

I have already sent intimation through GST portal. What else can I do?

Should i wait more? or contact the local jurisdiction officer? What's the usual time frame of receiving the refund after getting acknowledgement.

Sometimes refund gets strucked on account of running into technical error, moreover no such thing has come to the notice but yes since there were a lot of Transfers in the previous months hence 1% chances are there that it may be due to ignorance of pendency but fair chances of some technical errors as a result of new mappings. Hence may please ask your range officer for the same and i am sure he will help you out.
