It's been a month since I have received Acknowledgement for my GST refund application, and the process hasn't moved further.
Earlier I used to get the refund within 7 days of getting the acknowledgement, but this time it has been a month.
I have already sent intimation through GST portal. What else can I do?
Should i wait more? or contact the local jurisdiction officer? What's the usual time frame of receiving the refund after getting acknowledgement.
