Dear Expert,
I have an issue that I have not been receiving the gst refund some of invoice for export again payment of IGSt in this regard mailed to help desk foe complaint logged for not scrolling whereas not properly response receive yet please suggest what should I do ?

check refund status on gst portal
We are in Risky Profile ,SOP submitted
hope you are not talking about retention amount = 10 % of amount eligible for refund
otherwise contact jurisdiction GST officer
