Real estate sector is out of the ambit of GST.
We have rates for the new projects by promoters like:
1. 1% without ITC......
2. 5% without ITC ......
When real-estate sector is out of GST. What are these rates for?
Construction services by promoters??

GST is applicable over under-construction properties; but not over the completed units i.e. after receipt of completion certificate...
