Hello,
Our GST Registration was suo moto cancelled by officer in January 2019. due to non filing for 6 months and more. In notice there wasn't any amount demanded, and registration was cancelled.
It was due to our genuine hardship.
Now business has taken pace and might cross 20 lakh (Vodafone idea distributor).
Can i apply for new registration as period of revocation is gone and what issues will arise ?

Apply for New license.
show cause may be issued in case of any pending taxes and difference in returns.

If period of revocation is gone you must apply for a fresh registration.
Is appeal not required?
