Dear Sir/Madam

I Recd service from URD (like GTA, Manpower, other service) or Purchase from URD then daily invoice create to each party or not, and if create pls. provide formate of invoice

If total value of such supplies does not cross Rs. 5000 in a day you are fully exempt from RCM.
For supplies above Rs. 5000 per day falling under rcm you can make a consolidated invoice on yourself at the end of the month.

Yes. Section 9(4) of CGST ACT and corresponding section of SGST ACT would apply in that case.

i book some urd purchase of jun-17 in july and cash paid in july-17, in this view gst applicable or not

i purchase 0 rate item (like vegetable etc) from urd then this amount is calculated in 5000/- limit or not

im a registered dealer i bought goods from unregistered dealer and sold it to registered dealer do i have to pay double gst tax can you please explain
