Your query is not clear...... But if paid in connection with business.. rate remains same i.e. 18%. HSN code '998519'.......

My question is GST Applicable on Labour Contractor Supplying Pure Labour in Constructing Building under CMAY Scheme ??

From:  Notification No. 9/2017-Integrated Tax (Rate) dated 28/06/2017.

As far as I understand, CMAY is lauched under PMAY only, please verify......
