What is the slabs applicable and exemption limits?

Now As per Latest Notification 13/2018 CT Rate
1. Transaction value upto Rs. 999/- : GST @ NIL [Remark – No ITC Credit]
2. Transaction value from Rs. 1000/- upto Rs. 2499/- : GST @ 12% [ITC Credit allowed]
3. Transaction value from Rs. 2500/- upto Rs. 7499/- : GST @ 18% [ITC Credit allowed]
4. Transaction value from Rs. 7500/- and above : GST @ 28% [ITC Credit allowed]

I think rates are different, at present only two rates. There is only chage in value of service in above mentioned notice.

NO, THE RATE ARE SAME AS ABOVE MENTION BY ME .
EARLIER GST WAS APPLICABLE ON DECLARE TARRIF RATE BUT NOW AS PER NOTIFICATION 13/2018 CT (R) GST WILL BE APPLICABLE ON TRANSACTION VALUE
There was one more notification in Nov 17 for change in GST rates.
