Civil contractors/ suppliers are providing services for renovation, maintenance, repairing or replacement like civil works in item rate basis. Which involves both material & labours, supply & fixing that means goods @ 28% and services @ 18%.
So kindly suggest what should be the GST rate please?

Any material supply to contractor ...... as per GST rate on the specific item. e.g cement at 28%, Iron & Steel at 18% etc. ...........
Contractor would not supply material...... it will be final building or so at 18%.
