Gst rates

Orthopaedic appliances, including crutches, surgical belts and trusses;splints and other fracture appliances; artificial parts of the body; hearing aids and other appliances  which are worn or carried, or implanted in the body will be charged 12%

Need clarificattion - 5 % under Rehabitilation Aids (Surgical belts,collar bones, abdomen belts )& 12% for Orthopedic Applicance (Orthopaedic appliances, including crutches, surgical belts and trusses;splints and other fracture appliances; artificial parts of the body; hearing aids and other appliances  which are worn or carried, or implanted in the body will be charged 12%

I deal with Rehabitilation Aids as mentoiend above . So what would be the rate for me ? I am confused
