It should be come under 18% under tarrif code 94
is quilts rate & hand made quilt rate will be different .
because I think quilts r under 28%
earlier hand made quilts come under ready made textiles garment
I think gst rate will be lowest as govt want to promote handicraft items
Cotton mattress: 18%
Cotton quilts: 18%
