Dear colleagues gud noon,
mere ek client unhone gram panchayt ka cleaning contract (safai theka ) liya hai... or per month approx 1 lac/- unhe received hote hai.. toh unhe gst rate kitna % pay krna hoga? 12% or 18%? kyunki govt. tender hai toh shayd 12% pay krna hoga.. aap guidance kre sabhi... or ek or query hai ki unke pass labour 10-12 hai toh iska gst per kya effect padega???

No Gst applicable due to turnover below 20 lac ( as you say turnover per month approx 1 lac)
12% GST is applicable on Government Works Contract services.

No gst for payments of labour as NO RCM on that
