A builder having carpet area of all flats upto maximum of 59 sq mtrs and project not have received OC

what will be GST Rate...

1% output GST without ITC....n Value should be less than 45 lakhs.....if exceeds then liable to 5%

as per my understanding this rate is applicable w.e.f 1/4/2019 and notification not yet issued to that effect.

Here case is of transaction during FY 18-19

yes sir....it's applicable from 1/4
now GST rate is 5%
