Travels agent taken tour packages service from hotels, gst charged by hotel as per different rate. now travel
agent passed same tour package service to customers @ 5% gst without ITC along with his service charge. the Act of travel agent is proper or any changes required.

Yes it's fine as per Notification 11/2017 it's 5% without ITC
