I was awarded construction of irrigation work ( government ) as sub contractor. i gave entire work to another sub contractor. how much gst rate should i pay to my sub contractor 12% or 18% ?

As per Notification. 1/2018 -Central Tax (Rate) -
(x) Composite supply of works contract as defined in clause (119) of section 2 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 provided by a sub-contractor to the main contractor providing services specified in item (vii) above to the Central Government, State Government, Union territory, a local authority, a Governmental Authority or a Government Entity. GST rate is 2.5%
But i am sub contractor and i give another sub contractor - what is rate of gst
