For Hsn code '2508 40' ..... Clays (excluding fireclay, bentonite, kaolin and other kaolinic clays and expanded clay)
GST rate 5%.
Mitti will be categorised under clay or soil 2508 or 2530
Depends upon the nature of the mitti. If its river sand or earth soil.... then 2530 9099 ..... GST will be 5%.
