Our Client doing Government contract on Various Department he wants to give Pure labour contract to other party For upto Rs.1.50.00.000/- i want to know whether he wants to pay gst for that pure labour contract and How much Rate of GST ??

As per notification 12/2017 CT (R), S.no.3 , pure services to Govt dept is exempted
Read the question here it is third party providing service to person , who in turns provide to government.
