Gst rate on hamali charges is 18% , but it attract to agriculture product or not?
for ex: fertilizer purchased and transport on fertilizer will attract RCM or not? how to calculate gst on the above service ?

As per Notification 9/2017 IGST (r) , at s.no. 22 , GTA by way of transport in a goods carriage of Agriculture Products is Exempted (Nil rated)
