can I know what is the GST rate on commercial properties after 01.04.2019
as there is no clarification about commercial properties in notification for 1 % & 5 %.

Rates of 1% and 5% are for Residential properties only. Rate for Commercial property is same as before.
there is no change in rate for construction of commercial property.
