can anyone here tell me what's Gst rate on Civil work Contract. and being contractor can I avail ITC on materials ????

works contract services when supplied for construction of an immovable property (other than plant and machinery) except where it is an input service for further supply of works contract service;
if it is supplied to govt dept. rate is 12% or 18%
if it is supplied to govt dept. rate is 12% or 18%
