what is the rate of gst tax on civil works contract from 01/01/2022 on government works

When work contract services to be provided to Govt. , it will be 12% otherwise 18%
from 1st Jan 21 govt. authority and govt. entity word has been removed
I.e. services provided to govt. authority and govt. entity will now attract 18%
