@ Raja: all packaged mineral water is in this head........ but in Tamilnadu something is cooking ....
Water supplied through tankers...... will come under services..........
Here it is supplied as goods........... so composition allowed.......
But, They supplied in a Vehicle ( Tata Ace)....
Question here is the goods (mineral water) is taxable or (plain) water delivery service charge...
It may differe from case to case.
