GST Rate on Areca Palm leaf plate

First of all, these disposable dinnerware are made from areca palm sheath/frond. Leaf is a different thing. This product is not made from palm leaf. HSN code should be 1404 9090, which is non taxable. The rate of GST is NIL on 1404 9090.

Sir under GST tariff there is no HS code mentioned as 14049090 but there is HS code mentioned as 14049040 which is for betel leaves used for making Pan / Beeda and is exmpted from tax.
