Yes. The only difference would be the IGST collection instead of CGST

18% is split into 9% CGST and 9% SGST but in case of inter-state sale, IGST will be applicable instead of CGST and the rate will remain unchanged.

Yes it's 12%. If the mixture is sold under a Registered TM or a Brand Name then the GST Rate is 12% or else it is 5% if not sold under a Brand Name as per HSN CHAPTER 2106 90
Previously it was 18% but after the GST Council's meet they have reduced it to 12% tax bracket....

The rate of GST is declared at 12% on Namkeens, bhujia, mixture, chabena and similar edible preparations. and the HSN Code number for this type of products is 2106.
