One of Govt.body has provided civil works contract to Mr.A
Mr.A charge 12% gst to Govt body
Mr.A has provided the same work to Mr.B.
So Mr.B should aslo charge 12% gst to Mr.A?

Yes , same rate will be applicable as main contractor 12%
