sir please tell me how much GST rate applicable while purchasing a new flat from promotor

I m government civil contractor. how much GST deduced from my bill?
Flat/property purchased, under construction, or to be constructed, are charged 12% GST
@ Salim ............ TDS not applicable now, but for time being..... once levied TDS will be deducted @ 1% under CGST + 1 % SGST or 2% IGST........ in addition to TDS u/s. 194C of IT act.......
