What is the GST rate for newspaper vendor service with turnover more than 20 Lacs. what is SAC code. I am not finding this in GST rate guide. Pl help.. Is GST applicable for FY 17-18 if the GST registration is done in FY 18-19 ?

18% GST for SAC '998599'.
GST is liable as soon as you are registered. And registration is mandatory as soon as you cross the basic exemption limit !!!
