GST rate for hotel rooms

What is the gst rate for hotel room if 20 hotel rooms are taken on rent for one day but one invoice is issued for all the 20 rooms but the tariff rate is below 7500 per room?Whether we need to consider 12% as the tariff rate is below 7500 per room per day or 18% as the total taxable value in the invoice exceeds 7500?
