What is the Gst rate for Flat and Shop Purchase

Hello,
Purchase of Flat or Shop is out of purview of GST. However, if you buy any flat/shop which is under construction then you have to pay 5% GST along with Cost of Flat/shop.

Pardon me, Priya Kashyap is right, Notification is yet to come, but the change is already approved by the Council and soon it'll be notified also.
