what is the gst rate for Braille paper not fr Braille book

I think @ 5%

Assistive devices, rehabilitation aids and other goods for disabled, specified in List 3 appended to S.No.257 of the Schedule-I

And in the said List 3, E(2), Braille paper

I have withdrawn composite to regular tax payer on dated 05mar but still in gst website it showing in composite but when I download certificate it is showing in regular so pls help me what to do to change in website
