GST RATE APPLICABLE FOR GOVT. CONACTOR

I am a civil cont. and doing the civil work In govt department like pwd , municipal corporation etc now in current position govt has deducted following tax in my bills and issue the balance amount cheque taxes are 6.05 % vat , 2% income tax , 1 % works tax. in GST what type of tax levied on us with rate of tax and deducted by govt department
