Still its not confirmed it can be 18% but still some company is charging 5%
In google it showing that reduce to 5% but i am not able to find the notification..so that we can get clear answer
Amendment can be in process..
no GST applicable in case principal transfers goods to job worker (agent) or vice versa as supply does not qualify here as consideration being FOC
