Carry bags made of polypropylene non-woven fabrics is classified under entry 224 of Schedule 1 of the Notification No. 01/2017 -Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017
Tax rate @ 5%
But as per clarification dated 22.12.2018 Polypropylene Woven and Non-Woven Bags and PP Woven and Non-Woven
Bags laminated with BOPP falls under HS code 3923 and attract 18% GST rate.
