GST rate
I want to rate of gst on canteen service provider. He provides services in a factory premises as a canteen service provider and received a fixed amount per plate per employee. What's rate applicale for gst if he is registered in under gst

Supply of food and drinks in office, factory, hospital and educational institutions’ canteen on contractual basis attracts GST @ 5% without ITC.

So as per above notification its 5 % without ITC , & dont have any other option
