* GST rate for gold fixed at 3 per cent

* Gold, gems, jewellery to be taxed at 3 per cent

Trade Discounts: Discount needs to be specifically shown in tax invoice. This requirement is
mentioned in the draft Invoice Rules. Also, Section 15 (Valuation of taxable supply) of model
law provides that discount should be duly recorded in the invoice. Otherwise it will not be
available for deduction from the value of supply

Respected Madam. Trade Discount facility in GST Sales invoice. sir Goods Value Rs.10000.00 Less: Trade Discount Rs. 1000.00  Gross Rs. 9000.00 CGST 10% Rs. 900.00 SGST 18% Rs. 1620.00. Total Invoice Value Rs.11520.00 .it is wrong or Correct. if it is wrong please let me know the correct format madam. please

The law is Discount allowed only our Goods/Supply, Not on Tax value. This mean you sell 10000 value goods/supply so....

Dear sir, i don't understand exactly

Goods Value                       Rs.10000.00

Less: 10% Trade Discount    Rs. 1000.00(It is Trade Discount(Tradning A./c) not a Discount)

Gross Value                        Rs. 9000.00

CGST              9%               Rs.  810.00

SGST              9%              Rs.   810.00

Total Value of Invoice           Rs.10620.00

it is correct or wrong, if it is wrong, let me know the correct methed. please sir
