composit dealer purchase from Regular Registered dealer there is no RCM applicable ,.. as both are registered
In 4b you have give detail of inward supplies fall under 9(3) only , like GTA, Lawyer etc.

I understand your query. But I have no idea about this? You are asking that under what circumstances reverse charge is applicable which has to be shown in GSTR4.
