i start file gstr4 for f.y 2019-20 . but it not shown on portal and last date is 15 july. so what i do?

It is learn that the extention of due date is under consideration of GST implementation committee.

There is no option available in my login to upload GSTR-4 whereas due date to file as per portal is 15th July 2020. I have already file CMP-08 of all Quarters of F.Y. 2019 - 20 but still GSTR-4 is not visible for upload. Had anybody uploaded GSTR-4 for F.Y. 2019 - 20? And is there any notification for extension of due date to File GSTR-4?
