we are applying refund of tax paid on intra transaction which is later held as inter state transaction.
filled all the required data in offline utility with no errors. and generated json file also. but while uploading json to portal, there is a error saying that the json has no records.
what shall i do now....pls help me in this....

Why you are using offline utility., refund application for excess cash paid is easily filed online.
Mam, we are applying refund for a transaction initially considered as intra and subsequently held as inter transaction....and we have this option exclusively while applying refund...
