If a taxpayer opted for monthly gst return filing instead of quarterly return filing while start in 2019-20 F.Y.
Whether there is any way to shift from monthly to quarterly return filing of gstr_1 .

Yes! , You can opt for quarterly filing return filing . Kindly refer image for conversion.
But it is not showing in portal
Click GSTR-1 then only you 'll be able to see that option for conversion
