One of my friend has recently started wholesale business interstate. Turnover is less than 1.5 crore. I suggested him for QRMP Scheme.But one of his friend arguing that his CA files return n pays gst quarterly n not monthly.
Can anyone guide me on the same..I am not a practicing CA but working in bank n have less info on the same.

Hii...no not under composition since he is availing ITC
Then payment has to be done monthly even in the QRMP scheme
That means there is no such provision or exemption under GST where applicant can pay and file return only quarterly and nothing monthly
Filing can be done quarterly but payment needs to be done monthly.
But ,is true interstate supply?
Is something different in inter and intra state supply????
Under composition ,is allow interstate?
