I would like to know about the below noted,

1. What is pre refund application form?..
2. who are to be filed a pre refund application of form?.
3. Is it mandatory for refund application?.

Refund Pre-Application is a form, which need to be submitted by the taxpayers to provide certain information related to nature of business, Aadhaar Number, Income Tax details, export data, expenditure and investment etc.

It will have to filled by registered taxpayers.

It is for export

I haven't found any relevance of that form till date practically moreover when last I checked it has not been even updated for further financial years.
