Refund Pre-Application is a form, which need to be submitted by the taxpayers to provide certain information related to nature of business, Aadhaar Number, Income Tax details, export data, expenditure and investment etc.
It will have to filled by registered taxpayers.

I haven't found any relevance of that form till date practically moreover when last I checked it has not been even updated for further financial years.
Is it applicable to all the registered persons who are applying for refund?
