Hallo sir,
I have passed M-Com and working as an accountant from last 10 years in private company. Can I get GST Practitioner certificate and come in this profession.

Yes. It's in GST portal.
You can register at Online. Also GSTP registration option is separate...
Go to register then Start Your Profession...
