As per new rules, CGST and SGST should be first offset with IGST payable. But in portal it offsets with CGST and SGST payble only. If i try to manually change it to IGST it says 'U dont have balance in IGST'.... Can someone help me on how to go about this problem?

Better to Set off as per Portal.
