GST Portal

Ours is a Pvt Ltd company and migrated from VAT to GST. Got provisional RC also. After login to GST Portal Dashboard is showing only our digitally signed application which was submitted in Dec 16 for migration to GST. No other option is available and visible. We can not file GSTR-3B or make payment. Complained many times at GST helpline but no reply/action.
Understand our portal is not activated fully. What we should do, please advice.
